'A Right Royal Wedding'

Friday 29th April 2011 saw Fews Marquees in association with Bromsgrove Farmers Club stage a mock Royal Wedding to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Guests were treated to a champagne reception in one of Fews Marquees impressive marquees at their site Chessgrove Park in Hanbury, Worcestershire.  The stunning Fews Marquee presented ample seating for the 200 guests with a fully illuminated round bar, a colour changing cascade chandelier and black and white chequer dance floor covered with a star light ceiling. In addition a separate relaxation area consisting sofas and poufs allowed guests to enjoy drinks and conversation away from the music. All of which created the perfect atmosphere for another fantastic charity ball.
After a wedding breakfast, there were speeches from the bridal party, followed by dancing and celebrations late on into the night.   The bridal party was made up of the organising committee and guests were asked to dress up as a ‘Royal Wedding Guest’ to raise money for the charity Parkinson’s UK.
Chessgrove Park is available all year round for marquee based weddings, private parties and corporate & charity events. Located in rural Worcestershire, the site is approximately 20 miles south of Birmingham with Redditch to the East and Worcester to the south-west.
