It is easy for anyone to say that they provide a high quality product or service but when comparing prices on a like for like basis, it is vitally important to read more than the paper in front of you.
After all the time, money and passion you put into planning your event, you should expect nothing less than what you wished for and certainly no last minute hick-ups. Due to our experience and highly skilled team in the field and office, we are able to advise, plan and deliver to your expectations but also (very honestly) inform you of what is not feasible.
Ensuring your marquee is properly secured to the ground, has adequate space for caterers and has a wooden board floor to raise the carpet off the ground should it rain, are all things that we undertake as standard and are fundamental to a successful marquee event.
We know that your event, especially a wedding, is so very important. It is not a case of arriving in the morning, putting a marquee up and then leaving. Usually it takes at least two days to fully complete a structure and those finishing touches make our marquees an amazing and stunning venue.
Ensuring windows, doors, carpets, bars, dance floors etc are clean on the day, that all equipment is fully functional, power sources are in place, are just some of the rigorous checks we go through for each of our marquees. There are many firms that are quickly “in and out” and fail to deliver in both product and service. Our office team are always on hand to answer your queries to help guide you through the process. Their experience will soon put you at rest which is essential when such events can be some of the most stressful in our lives. In essence, make sure you are buying into a firm with an outstanding reputation, a focus on what you want and the ability to deliver and be on-hand whenever you need them. It is always sensible to obtain comparative quotes; just make sure they match exactly. Then ask the questions:
- Can I view an example of your current work that is similar to what I would like?
- Do you have the office backup team (not a one man band with a mobile phone)?
- Are you on-site on the morning of my wedding to ensure the marquee is clean & tidy and all equipment is working correctly?
