Hours: 5 days / week with some longer or unusual on-site hours sometimes including weekends
Required experience:
• Project management in the event industry
• Experience of marquees and/or temporary structures
• Onsite management of 3rd party suppliers and contractors

More recently the company has diversified into the provision of Temporary Buildings, and structures for Film and TV work.

Role Summary:
To deliver and manage Temporary Buildings and Event Structure projects to time, budget, ensuring Health and Safety, and Customer Satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
• Manage delivery planning phase of project
• Liaise with client and account handler/sales team
• Become point of contact for the project delivery phase
• Manage relationship with 3rd party suppliers: liaison, negotiation, purchase ordering
• Manage project schedule with Fews operations team, Account manager, 3rd parties and client
• Draw up Site plans and other project-specific technical drawings
• Manage Project Health and Safety
• Liaise with operations and yard teams in run up to delivery to check smooth delivery of equipment from yard to site including stock and inventory


• Set-up site to ensure readiness for build
• Co-ordinate all activities on site including:
• Co-ordination of Fews labour onsite
• Manage sub-contractors and 3rd parties
• Liaise with client – budget holder and site health and safety
• Deliver project according to schedule, planning ahead to foresee potential issues with project delivery.
• Ensure site is left in a clean, tidy and professional condition
• Manage client handover and obtain client sign-off including documentation handover
