Silverstone Village

In preparation for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone Race Circuit, a 25m x 45m Clearspan Premium Structure with a curved PVC roof and 3m leg height was installed as a central feature of the Village Enclosure. The structure served as a hospitality and activation hub, offering shelter, seating, and brand engagement zones for thousands of attendees.

Project Scope and Planning

The client required a robust, aesthetically appealing temporary structure that could be rapidly deployed while adhering to strict site regulations and event deadlines. Detailed CAD drawings were submitted for approval weeks in advance, taking into account the site’s exposure to wind and fluctuating ground levels.

Outcome

The structure was delivered safely and on schedule, earning praise from the client for its visual impact and functionality. It became a focal point of the fan village, contributing significantly to attendee satisfaction and sponsor visibility.
