A Christmas Ball

A Christmas charity ball in the heart of the Cotswolds for over 700 guests to show support and raise money for the West Midlands Air Ambulance. We we asked to provide structures for the event, including dining, bar, catering and toilets.

The Fews Solution

Four clearspan marquees were provided to make this a very special event indeed. With catering provided by Relish Event Catering and entertainment from the brilliant Chip Shop Boys, we had to make sure everything was perfect.  The main dining marquee was 15m  x 45m with ivory pleated linings for the dining area and black starcloth lining above the white and black LED dancefloors.

The reception / bar area was a 15m x 30m clearspn marquee with white flat linings and clear PVC roof and gable.  A teardrop crystal chandelier was suspended above the round LED bar, pea lights in the entrance gable and festoon lighting giving a fabulous seasonal atmosphere.

Additional clear span marquees were provided for the catering and toilet areas.
