We had great fun working on this fun 18th Birthday with his planners Big Day in a Box, creating an Alchemist party for Matt and his friends. Using a simple 9m x 15m Clearspan structure we were able to build the marquee amongst the families beautiful garden, with clear front to take in the views of surrounding flowerbeds and borders. Inside the party atmosphere was created with black star-cloth ceilings, flat black walls, leather sofas and industrial style poseur tables and stools..
A festoon lined path way lead the guests to the Alchemist Bar which was created with bespoke branding featuring a geometric pattern spelling out the word Matt. This was matched through the décor on beer matts, bespoke gobo lights, branded cushions and table decorations. A floating periodic table featured over the dance floor with gold, copper and silver orbs carrying their respective values from the period table. Alchemist cocktails were served up by the team from So Cocktails, complete with dry ice and glow in the dark liquids pouring out of chemistry lab flasks.
