Partner Conference at Ragley Hall

A global car manufacturer hosted its annual Partner Conference at the prestigious Ragley Hall, transforming the garden with six premium marquees to deliver a high-impact event. Designed for 250 attendees per day, the event ran for 3 weeks and combined strategic engagement, product innovation showcases, and hospitality within a bespoke temporary venue layout.

Structures & Layout:

• Main Structure:
  A 15m x 35m Clearspan premium structure with a curved PVC roof on a 3m leg served as the central hub.
• Hall & Dining Area:
  A 10m x 17.5m Apex-roof marquee provided a stylish dining environment, used for buffet lunches, evening receptions, and networking breaks.
• Breakout Spaces (x3):
  Three identical 10m x 10m marquees with Apex PVC roofs on 3m legs were used for focused workshops, panel discussions, and partner training sessions. These were fully carpeted and climate-controlled
• Toilet Facilities:
  A 10m x 10m Clearspan structure was fitted with high-end mobile toilet units, changing areas, and accessible facilities to maintain guest comfort and event professionalism.

Fews provided a full turnkey solution including light and electrics, power generation, heating and cooling, bespoke handrails around the steps and carpets.

The marquee design maximized flexibility while reflecting the brand’s innovation ethos. Ragley Hall’s heritage and landscape provided a striking backdrop, elevating the overall experience.

The multi-marquee setup at Ragley Hall demonstrated how temporary structures can rival permanent venues in functionality and sophistication, delivering a world-class partner engagement event.
