Reporting to: Head of Sales
Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4HS; Fews office with client meetings and onsite time

Central UK – rural location with childcare and nursery onsite
Core working hours: Standard working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Availability to work occasional longer weekdays and occasional weekends is an integral part of the job, particularly during peak season May to September.
Holiday allowance: 28 days

Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Achieve sales targets for this part of the business – including but not limited to Annual Sporting Events, Festivals and other Large-scale projects using our main product ranges of Igloo and Premium
- Sales and pipeline development:
- identify new clients (using a range of methods and systems)
- network with prospective clients
- proactively prospect for and cold call potential clients
- maintain established relationships with existing clients
- Gain in depth technical knowledge of complete product range and solutions
- Work with the Head of Sales, and Marketing Manager to input to Marketing plans and their implementation
- Account management of clients, providing a bespoke solution from initial enquiry through to delivery and follow up to create lasting relationships
- Prepare and follow up quotes for using Fews systems and processes
- Upsell to clients, and ensure project profitability at all times
- Host visiting clients, and visit client sites to ensure client requirements are met in full
- Preparation of basic design drawings and layouts and manage technical designers to deliver a customer-focused solution
- Brief and manage Fews project managers for delivery phase acting as account manager
- Ensure quality of structures and finishing remains at the highest levels
- Advise on quality issues and offer advice for improvements, working with and driving best results from suppliers and delivery teams
- Be actively aware of the events sector and wider industry
- Perform additional duties as delegated by Line Manager

- IT competent (quick to learn new programmes, experience of spread sheets, email, budgets, databases) using schedules and databases
Required Experience
- Significant multi-year experience of the Marquee Industry i.e. Temporary and Event Structures
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Sales and Business Development
- Customer-facing experience
- Use of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- A full driving license (UK or EU)
Useful Experience
Expected Conduct & Behaviours
- Adherence to the financial authority matrix at all times, in addition to company and legislative policies and processes
- Office-based @ Fews Headquarters (B60 4HS) with travel onsite for sales, site visits, account handling and client liaison where required
